Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Items
Place the original items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
